Wild Ridge Herbal Teas Affiliate Program Agreement

Effective Date: July 2026

Thank you for joining the Wild Ridge Herbal Teas Affiliate Program. We're excited to have you as part of our team! Please review the following terms before participating.

1. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates are independent partners of Wild Ridge Herbal Teas and are not employees, representatives, or agents of the company. Participation in this program is voluntary and may be ended by either party at any time.

2. Commission

Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.

Commission is calculated on the purchase subtotal only, excluding:

  • Shipping charges
  • Sales tax
  • Discounts or promotional credits

Recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for commission. If a customer enrolls in Subscribe & Save, commission is paid only on the initial qualifying purchase.

3. Qualifying Orders

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.

Commission is calculated on the purchase subtotal only, excluding:

  • Shipping charges
  • Sales tax
  • Discounts or promotional credits

Recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for commission. If a customer enrolls in Subscribe & Save, commission is paid only on the initial qualifying purchase.

Affiliates are welcome and encouraged to use their own affiliate link when making personal purchases. Eligible personal purchases will earn the same 20% commission as any other qualifying order.

No commission will be paid on:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded orders
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent transactions

4. Payments

Affiliate commissions are paid twice monthly, on or around the 1st and 15th of each month.

Payments are issued via PayPal only.

A minimum balance of $20.00 is required before payment will be issued. If your earned commission is less than $20, it will roll over to the next payment period until the minimum threshold is reached.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to share Wild Ridge Herbal Teas honestly and authentically.

Affiliates may not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about our products.
  • Make medical or disease-treatment claims that are not supported by Wild Ridge Herbal Teas.
  • Misrepresent their relationship with Wild Ridge Herbal Teas.
  • Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Purchase advertising using Wild Ridge Herbal Teas trademarks, product names, or brand names without written permission.

Where required by law, affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing that they may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

6. Program Termination

Wild Ridge Herbal Teas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

  • No qualifying affiliate activity for more than 30 consecutive days
  • Violation of these terms
  • Misrepresentation of our products or company
  • Conduct that conflicts with the values and family-friendly nature of Wild Ridge Herbal Teas

For the purposes of this agreement, qualifying affiliate activity is defined as either:

  • At least one qualifying purchase made through your unique affiliate link by a referred customer, or
  • A qualifying personal purchase made through your own affiliate link.

We encourage affiliates to use their own affiliate link when purchasing Wild Ridge products. Not only will you earn your standard 20% commission, but you'll also stay familiar with our teas and be better equipped to share your genuine experience with others.

Any unpaid qualifying commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to these terms.

7. Affiliate Cancellation

Affiliates may leave the program at any time by notifying Wild Ridge Herbal Teas.

There is no minimum commitment or contract period.

8. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to commissions earned through this program.

9. Changes to the Program

Wild Ridge Herbal Teas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or these terms at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated to active affiliates.

By joining the Wild Ridge Herbal Teas Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
